Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern quotes, reservations, and rides provided by Cheap Limo & Black Car Service (“CLBC,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting a quote, placing a reservation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Quotes, Bookings & Payment

• Quotes: Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide (dates/times, passengers, route, stops, luggage, vehicle type). Final charges reflect actual usage (e.g., route changes, waiting time, tolls).
• Deposits & holds: Certain services/vehicles may require a deposit or card hold to secure the reservation.
• Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments. Corporate accounts may be available on request.
• Authorization: By reserving, you authorize CLBC to charge your card for agreed fares and any applicable adjustments under these Terms.
• ID verification: For fraud prevention, chauffeurs or staff may request a matching photo ID and the payment card used to book.

2) Rates, Fees & Surcharges

Rates vary by vehicle type, service type (point-to-point, hourly, airport), date/time, and distance. Your confirmation shows the base rate and known fees. Additional charges may include:

• Waiting time / overage: billed in increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
• Tolls, parking, venue fees, airport fees (e.g., DFW/DAL).
• After-hours/holiday surcharges when applicable.
• Extra stops / route changes requested by the passenger.
• Cleaning/damage fees (see Section 5).
• Gratuity: at your discretion unless otherwise noted on group/event contracts.

3) Waiting Time, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Grace periods: We provide a 10-minute grace period for standard point-to-point pickups. For airport arrivals, grace begins when the flight is marked “arrived”: 30 minutes (domestic) / 45 minutes (international). After the grace period, waiting time applies at the vehicle’s hourly rate. (Policies are similar across Dallas providers.)
• Standard cancellations: Unless stated differently on your confirmation, cancel at least 24 hours before the pickup time to avoid a fee. Peak dates, specialty vehicles, and events may require longer notice; your confirmation governs.
• No-show: If the passenger is not present at the confirmed time/location and cannot be reached, the ride is considered a no-show and may be charged up to the full fare. Service is deemed rendered once the cancellation window has passed.
• Rescheduling: We’ll try to accommodate changes based on availability; rate differences may apply.

4) Passenger Conduct & Safety

• Seatbelts: All passengers must wear seatbelts where provided.
• Smoking/vaping: Not permitted in any vehicle.
• Alcohol: Legal-age passengers may consume alcohol where permitted by law and vehicle class; illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Behavior: CLBC may refuse or end service (without refund) if conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or interferes with vehicle operation.
• Child seats / ADA: Please request child seats or accessibility accommodations in advance so we can assign a suitable vehicle.
• Pets: Small service animals are welcome; pets must be pre-approved and crated.

5) Vehicle Damage, Cleaning & Lost Items

• Responsibility: The customer on the reservation is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by the party, including interior or exterior damage and special cleaning (e.g., spills, stains, smoke/vape odors, biohazards). Dallas operators commonly specify cleaning/damage liability in their T&Cs.
• Cleaning examples: Excessive trash, glitter/confetti, gum/wax, food or beverage spills, or biohazard events may incur cleaning fees.
• Lost items: CLBC is not responsible for items left in vehicles; we will attempt to help locate reported items.

6) Vehicle Availability & Substitution

We aim to provide the exact vehicle reserved. In rare cases (maintenance, safety, prior delay), we may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge. If a comparable substitute is unavailable, remedies are limited to a refund of unused services.

7) Airport & Flight Tracking

• Airports we serve: DFW International (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL), with options for Addison (ADS) and Fort Worth Meacham (FTW).
• Flight tracking: Provide your flight number; we monitor posted arrival times to adjust pickup within the grace window. Significant delays, diversions, or airline-driven holds may incur waiting or re-dispatch fees similar to other DFW providers.

8) Weddings, Events & Hourly Charters

• Minimums: Hourly bookings may carry minimum hours by vehicle/date (peak seasons may require longer minimums).
• Run sheets: Please provide your timeline/stop list 48 hours in advance for precise staging and curb coordination.
• Overtime: Overtime is billed in increments at the hourly rate and is subject to vehicle/driver availability.

9) Traffic, Delays & Force Majeure

CLBC is not liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, law enforcement activity, special events, acts of God, or mechanical issues that arise despite proper maintenance (this limitation approach is common across Dallas limo providers).

10) Privacy

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to operational messages (e.g., driver status). Marketing messages are sent only with consent where required, and you may opt out at any time.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
